Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting
• Trouble shooting IT issues
• Respond to telephone / email / instant messenger enquiries from internal users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service
• Perform regular data backup and server administration.
• Manage IT Inventory and maintain proper record.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related discipline
• 2-3 years working experiences in desktop support
• Knowledge in computer hardware and software including TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook and Office365. 
• Experience in back-end administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Ms Exchange, networking, Hyper V) is added advantage.
• Work closely with Regional support teams and senior managers to resolve technical issues
• A people and service-oriented person. Good team player with regional mindset.
• Independent, proactive and positive attitude.  Excellent customer service oriented mindset and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Good command of written and spoken English is a plus
