Overview

KPMG IT Service provides essential technology based services to the firm. We deliver the background technology such as email and other systems essential to working in today’s marketplace. We also work directly with KPMG’s businesses to develop, deliver and support business applications essential to winning and doing business.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests and answer users’ queries at the IT Services Desk
• Provide level 2 support to users on software, hardware and mobile device issues. It includes onsite and remote support
• Provide meeting event setup support (internal and external)
• Perform hardware and software installation
• Assist in projects as assigned
• Shift working time and location is required (Central and Wong Chuk Hang)

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or other related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support or related fields
• Hands-on experience with equipment such as laptop, printers, mobile, video and audio devices.
• An in-depth knowledge of PC Windows 10 environment and standard Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven time management skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as IT consultant
