Job Description

We are looking for a passionate IT professional to join the IT Business Enablement within the Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of IT End User Computing Services to business users in Hong Kong office
- Build, monitor and support the end user workspace solution, incl. applicable hardware (notebook, tablet, smartphone), software, security within the standard desktop platform, architecture and design of the software distribution infrastructure, mobile device management systems, Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Contribute to the End User Computing strategies, standards, policies and future planning for better user experience and customer satisfaction
- Lead small-to-medium sized IT projects and guide junior IT staff (Senior analysts, Analysts) on project delivery
- Conduct user requirement studies (liaising with IT Business Partnering team), system analysis and design, contract negotiation with IT vendor(s) etc.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery and technical support activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master’s degree in a related field is desirable.
- Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred
- 6~8 years of experience in providing IT services
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, incl. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Active Directory, Multitenant setup..etc
- Familiar with Application packaging, desktop virtualization, end-point protection, image management, software distribution, experience in Intune/cloud technologies, and NAC
- Good abilities of problem solving and analytical skills, leadership and change management, relationship management and communication
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning
- Proactive, performance driven and results oriented
