Job Duties

• MS Office 365 License assignment and administer L2/3 support of MS Office 365 Email services including SMTP gateway, email protection solution like Proofpoint
• Hands-on manage and support the operations of Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
• Responsible for entire core infrastructure services operations, support, design and implementation, including MS Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Azure AD connector, GPO, user object, AD Trust/Forest…etc
• Design and setup the Azure AAD SSO against different application requirements using modern authentication protocols including SAML, OAUTH, OIDC
• Manage and support the operations of remote access tool like Citrix XenApps or Azure WVD
• Assist to formulate the infrastructure architecture, design, roadmap, standard and policy
• Responsible for all core infrastructure and O365 change management, related audit activities including documentation requirements, scheduled outages, operational procedures, etc.
• Drive the infrastructure subject matter experts and managed service vendors to implement the global infrastructure projects
• Oversee the system events to ensure its proper functioning and ensure the system availability as well as its quality of service
• Design and administrate various enterprise access management and authentication solutions.
• Handling Directory Services requests from various parties.
• Provide 7x24 on-call support by rotation to respond to P1/P2 incidents
• Manage different service providers/vendors and its service delivery against KPI and SLA

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or other technical/IT field.
• Minimum 3-5 years IT working experience in multinational companies 
• Solid skills and knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365, especially Exchange Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, Directory Services/authentication operations
• Proficiency using Windows desktop and server platforms, including Mac OS, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
• Experience with Single-sign-on tools and technologies;
• Technical knowledge with key Directory Services protocols, interfaces, and concepts like LDAPv3, LDAP APIs, Directory Data Administration, Directory Schema Design and Management, AD Domain Controllers, AD Forests and Domains, AD Trust Relationships, AD GPOs, ADSI, Windows Server Access Control, DNS.
• Knowledge on scripting such as Powershell, VBScript.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts such as firewalls, network traffic redirectors, routers, network segmentation, well-known ports for Internet protocols, IP addresses, NAT, traceroute and packet collections, DHCP and DNS.
• Strong root cause analysis and written and verbal communications skills.
