Responsibilities:

• Administration of IT services, including desktops, laptops, network connectivity, cloud services, security services and other software systems.
• Conducting regular backups to specific company information such as CRM data and share drives, monitoring the backup status in a regular basis.
• Maintain the daily operation of UiPath RPA robot.
• Assisting and supporting company-wide IT projects including company website revamp, email security enhancement, cloud migration project, etc.
• Providing technical support to colleagues.
• Other tasks as required by Managers.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 1-year of experience in IT support / helpdesk related field.
• Problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
• Have good interpersonal skills, well-organized and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and passionate about technology.
• Basic programming skills is required.
• Hands-on experiences in Windows platforms including Office 365, Gmail, SME Network knowledge, as well as experiences coordinating projects with vendors or System Integrators.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
