Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the support, enhancement & development of multiple application systems and projects.
• Assist project manager to manage software project implementation within the specified time; cost; & quality
• Communicate with user parties (e.g. internal Operation team & external clients) for business requirement collection; user requirement analysis; functional requirement specification; user acceptance testing and application launch.
• Communicate with IT vendors and/or internal development teams for project implementation and on-going maintenance.
• Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience in multiple development platform such as J2EE and .NET, C#, and database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server is a plus
• Experience in JSON, SQL, SOAP, REST, XML, API & MVC is a plus.
• Project management experience is added advantage
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructure will be added advantages. e.g.: secured networking; server virtualization; telephony & omni-channel contact center systems such as Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Web-chat system.
