Job Description
We are now looking for IT Support Engineer/Specialist to join within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support for all types of IT related including PC/notebook/printer hardware and software covering installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Performs remedial repairs and general preventative maintenance tasks on any authorised peripheral equipment
- Provide basic server and system support across maintenance, administration and monitoring.
- Responsible in network support and administration including but not limited to firewall, VPN, VLAN, Switch and Wireless router/AP.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the MS Windows XP/7/8/8.1, Mac
- Sound knowledge in TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS, POP.
- Good team player, positive, self-motivated, mature, independent and willing to learn.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Able to work with people in all levels and under pressure.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin.
Position: Desktop Engineer
Working Location: Taikoo
Working Time: 09:00-18:00 (Mon to Fri) and 09:00-13:00 (Sat)
Salary: - 17k-25k x 13 months
