We are looking for a talent to:

• Responsible for the systems development, enhancement, governance, operation and implementation
• Solid experience on application development and programming such as HTML5, C#, Javascript and Python
• Plan and manage end-to-end data analytic initiatives from business process, data, ETL, to visualization and analysis
• Author documents of business requirement, user guides and operating procedures
• Manage system integration, implementation and user acceptance tests with test plan, test cases, issue log, root cause analysis and solution
• Conduct research and feasibility studies on new technologies of data analytics, ML, AI and RPA

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, management companies or consultancy
• Experience of PMS, CRM, DMS and BPM would be an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated, good team player and multi-tasking
