Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department and responsible for Information Security Compliance Monitoring and Audit for All Bureaux and Departments.

• Provide government-wide information security support and services:
• Lead an audit team to assess security compliance of departments with Government's security requirements (including conducting interview, reviewing security processes and controls, etc.);
• Monitor the audit schedule to ensure the activities are completed on schedule;
• Perform quality assurance on project deliverables (including audit findings, audit reports, etc.);
• Ensure that the departments are audited under consistent security standards;
• Analyse results of security audits of all the departments; and
• Summarise the experience and propose improvement to the compliance audit exercise.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of IT working experience;
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Project Manager or similar capacity;
• Solid experience in project management;
• Solid experience in supervising a team of two members or more;
• Solid experience in performing security audit as an auditor independently in public or private sector (preferable in government departments or financial institutions);
• Knowledge on international security standards and industry security best practices;
• Good command of both written and spoken English; and
• Certification of CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
