Job Description

Work as Helpdesk/ Deskside/ Operator Job's Duty

Provide helpdesk application support to end users on IT issues

Provide user support including PC, printer, computer peripherals and networking

Provide user support on software installation, configuration, and technical support such as Word, Excel, email, and internal applications

To maintain, update and improve system database

Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to assure system reliability

Work with system vendors

Assist in IT documentation and process improvement

Provide training, guidance, and manuals to end users

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines

1 year working experience (also welcome fresh graduates to apply)

Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with good communication skills and a sense of ownership

Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese

Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel Power Query, Excel Macro

Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software)

Immediate availability is highly preferred
