What you’ll do:

• Act as the first point of contact to provide technical assistance
• Conduct hardware, software or computer systems testing and maintenance
• Troubleshoot on office computers and IT problems
• Assist the management and implementation of core infrastructure projects

We will be a good match if you:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or Computer Studies with 2 years' PC field services experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation OS, Apple iOS, Google Android OS, Microsoft Office Application, Microsoft Office 365
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Knowledge in HTML Web editing, Mac OS, Google G Suite, VMware, POS system would be an advantage
• Experience in F&B industry would be an advantage
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
