Big Bang Academy is looking for a passionate Product Designer who enjoys creating customer-centric e-learning platforms with well-designed UI/UX and is dedicated to empower and inspire self-directed & self-motivated learning for kids!

Your Role

• You will design the short and long term roadmap and product backlog - impacting millions of kids worldwide
• Design the overall user interface and experience of the kids hybrid learning web platform + physical experiment box for age 5-10, comprising of both online & offline components of the product
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production
• Collaborate closely with the Founders, engineers and customer success teams to find product-market fit and scale the product
• You will be doing user research by interacting directly with end-users such as students, parents and teachers to collect feedback and develop user empathy
• You'll be a key part of a small agile team.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years' prior industry related product design and management for consumer-facing products
• Experience in using different product management tools, e.g. Figma, Jira
• Strong communication, design and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Start-up or EdTech experience preferred
