Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of PMO in providing support and administrative duties for the PMO Office
• Organize and schedule monthly meetings with Program/Project Directors
• Assist the Head of PMO in compiling program status reports and reporting to CEO & CTO
• Support Head of PMO with Program/Project Health Checks, e.g. attending checkpoint meetings of the projects and performing risk assessments
• Regularly update IT team leader and management on project status

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Project Management or Business.
• At least 4 years’ experience in IT project management / business analysis / application development (less years of experience would also be considered).
• At least 2 years’ experience in PMO methodology and governance
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
