• Setup Microsoft AD user account.
• Prepare laptop, email accounts, and Microsoft Office for staff onboarding and exiting.
• Work with vendor to maintain office hardware including NAS, File Servers, KVM, Firewall and CCTV when required.
• Application software testing and QC.

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years + experience in system administration/ helpdesk support/ infrastructure
• Good troubleshooting skills in software and hardware
• Solid experience in Window Server/ Linux Server is preferred
• Experience in Network/ PC LAN/ AD/ Outlook/ office automation/ PC LAN support is preferred
• Hands-on experience on the network, firewall, wireless network, VPN, and DDoS will be an advantage.
• MCP or higher will be an advantage
