Background

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager for our client, a leading IT service provider. The position will mainly involve in working closely with MNC client, and will be in charge of several projects, rectifying reliabilities issues, monitoring progress, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner
• Ensure continuity of IT operations service quality & continuity to IT operations SLAs
• Ensure availability, capacity, continuity and project management, audit and disaster recovery activities across the service team, and provide technical advice if required
• Manage the development and implementation of the Customer IT tools and automation Development
• Collect business initiatives, business cases and requirements from customer’s departments and external parties, to deliver digitalize and innovative solutions
• Establish strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning and resiliency of systems design, develop, implement and coordinate releases, policies and procedures
• Process review to refresh the workflow regularly
• Manage the lifecycle of IT incidents
• Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement and measuring results is essential
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or above education, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5 years IT and operation experience, with 3 years IT management experience
• ITIL v3 or v4 Expert Certification
• Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business documentation writing
• Analytical with sound communication skills, able to work effectively with business users and technical staff
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills with possession of the good problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated high proficiency in leading & managing complex IT projects
