Job Description
- Focus on Cyber Security Managed Services
- Take a leadership role to provide effective and quality cybersecurity managed service including daily operations and project implementation to customer
- Conduct Project / Incident management and assist to maintain team operation and administration works
- Ensure good communication between technical team, sales, and customers
- Coach / develop junior colleagues in both technical, soft skills, and business sense
- Degree in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years experience in Information Security
- Experience in designing, implementing, and measuring relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics
- Ability to create shift schedules to ensure 24x7 coverage by support personnel
- In-depth knowledge of modern security concepts and how to apply them.
- Recognized Cyber Security Certificate Holders such as CISSP/CISA/CISM would be an advantage
- Recognized IT Service Management Certificate such as ITIL/ISO27001LA would be an advantage
- Good team coordination skills, proven project management skills, and problem-solving capability
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, work proactive, and willing to learn new technology
- Ability to work independently
- Applicants with less experience will be considered as Cybersecurity Analyst
