We are looking for a Project manager with agile knowledge to fill a key position to lead the agile team, comprised of both IBM and Client staff, and manage the digital product backlog/development roadmap with exponential technologies.

You will collaborate with client team / organization and IBM team in application development using Agile methodology; lead and facilitate Agile activities such as daily scrum, sprint planning, review and retrospective; verify efficient operation of the team; facilitate issue resolution and implementation of process improvement practices. You will also need to understand the latest market trend, provide innovative ideas to sustain the development backlog with functions that brings business values to clients, and ensure constant communication to IBM Management and client team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4-6years of application development experience, enabling everyone to better understand the problem and meet the business goals.
• 1+yearsofScrum Master experience in agile delivery project.
• Ability to collaborate with client teams and ecosystem partners to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Ability to translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Collaboration and leading members of the agile team to include the business analysts, analytics professionals, design/user experience designers and developers through the sprints and resolve issues.
• Defines and executes go-to-market plan for Digital Products and develop and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
