Responsibilities:

• Ensure high availability of network infrastructure environments by using monitoring tools and perform proper remedy actions to ensure minimum impacts to network performance and up-time
• Assist senior engineer in project distributions and rollout
• Carry out emergency duties and ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At 5 years experience in IT related field (e,g.: Network / Infrastructure)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Solid experience in Network Design, Installation and technical configuration is a plus
• Experience in support sizable network environment will be an advantage
• A good team player with problem solving skill and good interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge and technical skills on firewall, switch and router especially on VLAN and routing provisioning, setup and maintenance on firewall policy, IPsec VPN, SSLVPN, WAN circuit etc
• Certificate holder of  CCNP OR CCIE is an advantage
