Job Description
Key elements of the job will involve:
- Perform first-tier end-user support on network connectivity and server problem
- Setup and manage the configuration, maintenance and monitoring of network devices, firewalls and servers
- Prepare and maintain the network infrastructure diagram, inventory and operation guidelines
- Setup and support of virtualization perform including Vmware ESXi, Hyper-V
- Provide monthly system performance and usage report
The ideal candidate should be a :
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent with CCNA / CCNP qualification is preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years support and admin experience in the system, server and network
- Good hands on experience with network equipment, especially CISCO and Fortigate products
- Good knowledge in VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Hyer-V, Centos, Windows Server 2016
- Experience in Cloud (AWS, Aliyun) will be a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent with CCNA / CCNP qualification is preferred
