Job Description
Description:
· Provide helpdesk support for operating system, software and mobile device setup, basic printer setup and support
· Basic operation of administration for rack mount network and server equipment
· Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications. Escalate issue and involve second-tier support if needed
· Polycom RealPresence series video conference and phone equipment health check and basic setup
· Coordinate with IT related project and vendor coordination if needed
Requirement:
· Diploma or above in Computer Science or Science and Technology fields or equivalent
· 1-2 years user support experience in environment with Windows servers, desktops and email support
· Immediate available is highly preferred
