Major Responsibilities:

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Providing technical leadership at enterprise level and serve an integral role in operations and business development
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
• Making Recommendations and present business advantages for company products & projects
• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Key Requirement:

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 15 years working in a technological role in software industry.
• Strong Experience in managing cross regions development teams, including onshore & offshore teams
• Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with software products development.
• Exceptional team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Ability to delegate efficiently.
• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
