Job Description
Duties:
- Daily support back-office end-users and monitor system operation
- Perform Windows Server installation and maintenance services
- Provide data back-up operation and network monitoring services
- Assist IT Manager to manage IT inventory records and follow the compliance with company standards
- Liaise with Regional IT Offices to provide IT services to all users
- Provide training to users and prepare IT documentations
Requirements:
- With 1 – 3 years of relevant IT working experience in Helpdesk Support and Server maintenance
- Experience in installing Windows 7/10 and providing Helpdesk Support to users
- Familiar with maintaining Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 would be a plus
- Knowledge of handling Active Directory and Exchange System is an advantage
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Network or Firewall will be an added value
- Higher Diploma in Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- Well organized and able to work with a team
- Candidate with Short Notice duration will be preferred
- Work Location: Taipo
