Responsibilities

• Analyzing clients' existing systems and business models
• Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
• Design technical solution based on business requirements
• Identify technical tasks, prioritise tasks and coordinate resources
• Oversee SDLC life cycle, lead junior developers to carry out implementation work with Agile development method
• Liaise with off-shore teams and client to perform development and deployment work
• Hands-on development on critical components
• Supporting users on change control and system updates

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 – 7 years of experience in IT with 1 – 2 years of experience as System Analyst / Technical Lead
• Hands on experience with one or more languages: VB.NET OR Java
  
• Hands on development experience in database: MySQL Postgresql, MSSQL etc.
  
• Good concept of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles
• Good concept of different system design patterns (e.g. API design & event streaming)
• Experience working with CI/CD and automated testing pipelines would be a plus
  
• Able to work with systems with complex integration requirements
• Experience leading junior developers
• Experience working with cloud technologies on one or multiple clouds, e.g. AWS / Azure / GCP
  
• Experience developing Containised Application, e.g. k8s/docker would be a plus
  
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as Technical Lead
