1)   System Administrator (Window/Clouds)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT infrastructure from a 7x24 multinational perspective;
• Provide all-rounded technical support and project implementation service;
• Carry out trouble shooting, incident investigation and resolution;
• Define and enforce global infrastructure best practice through proper documentation and governance;
• Manage and work with vendors

• University graduate in Computer Science with at least three years of relevant experience;
• Proficient in Linux, VMWare, Apache, and Nginx;

2)    System Engineer/Specialist (Mail)

Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance and automated processes to maintain Corporate Email system (not limited to Office 365) at optimal performance
• Maintain and monitor Email infrastructure availability
• Maintain documentation for operation and administration
• Manage and configure SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online to fit company needs
• Provides subject matter expertise as input into the service continuity and disaster recovery solutions development, implementation and testing for the Office 365 Support
• Deliver subject matter expertise of Office 365 with emphasis in security, architectural design, migration, management and support of implementations
• Stay current of Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions
• Assist in Email domain migration
• Working with vendor for project delivery
• Undertake planning, design and implementation of IT mail service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience

• Working experience in Office 365 administration
• Office 365 administration experience
• Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience
• Microsoft certifications a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Have previous experience in migration projects from on-premise system to Office 365

3)  Helpdesk Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide front line desktop support, network support and application support
• Handle hardware procurement and local break fix
• Maintain close communication with team lead and senior management on all IT related operation
• Perform troubleshoot on all IT systems and applications and responsible for technical support for events and meeting
• Monitor infrastructure effectiveness and stable to maintain a smooth day-to-day operation
• Manage and troubleshoot O365 mailboxes and AD user account
• Support Cisco voice system, meeting facility and teleconferencing system

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines with  minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Office 365 cloud services including Exchange Online, SharePoint,  OneDrive, 
• Knowledge on Active Directory, Windows, MacOS and smartphones

4)  Unix Specialist (Solaris systems)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support day to day systems operations or infrastructure
• 24 x 7 on call support on a roster basis is a must
• Monitor day to day systems and security log files and take appropriate procedures to alert
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Ensure systems comply with company security policy
• Prioritize tasks and complete works in accordance with the planned schedule, and quality and security requirements

Requirements

• Degree holders in Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with 3 years of experience in administering Linux and Window
• Hands-on experience in Red Hat Linux 7/8, Shell scripting and SQL Language
• Preferably with experience in Solaris, Tomcat, Apache HTTP
• Knowledge of Containers, Oracle DB is a definite advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as System Engineer

• Have an understanding of common cyber-threats, penetration/intrusion techniques and attack vectors.

• Knowledge in SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, AlienVault, etc.) to search system logs for troubleshooting or security investigation purposes.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS or Office 365.
• Candidate will also participate in deployment and maintenance of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures) under the guide of the IT Security Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes and the development of new attacks and threat vectors regarding Endpoint platforms (including Windows 10, macOS, and iOS devices).
• Maintain up-to-date security baselines for the secure configuration and operation of security tools and endpoint devices in use within the organization, with a primary focus on Windows OS and Linux.
• Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
• Assist with the implementation, support, and maintenance of endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), host-based firewalls, and other endpoint systems.
• Review logs and reports of in-place systems, with a focus on systems maintained by Information Security and endpoint systems that are maintained outside of Information Security. Interpret the implications of that activity and devise plans for appropriate resolution.
• Enhance current hardware and software with implementations of better security standards 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, information security, related fields or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years thorough knowledge and experience in Information Technology.
• Professional security related qualification (e.g CISSP, CISM, GSEC, CEH, CSX-P & etc) is an added advantage.

(6)   Network engineer/ Network Manager

Duties:

• Configure, troubleshoot and support Cisco Routers, Switches, firewall and WAN Appliances
• Provide network operation and project support to Asia Pacific regions
• Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of incidents queues and executing network changes as required after business hours. 
• Opens and monitors TAC cases with our vendors as required
• Adheres to all change control processes and configuration standards
• Attends various meetings during their shift as well as conducting troubleshooting bridges with peers, vendors and customers
• Ensure timely and accurate communications to the customer are occurring

 Requirements:

• 5+ years as a hands-on network engineer implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network is required
• Advanced working expertise of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VPN experience with MPLS, VRF and ISIS is a plus. 
• Advanced working expertise of LAN technologies (HSRP, VRRP, STP,VLANs and IP-subnetting)
• Good working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications

7)  Senior Systems Specialist (AIX)

Technical skill

• Hands on Solaris / AIX / HP-UX / Linux in sizable project implementation and/or BAU operation support
• Experience on using LDOM / IBM LPAR / VIO / HACMP / PowerHA / NIM
• Good knowledge on Linux server build, system management under physical or virtualized environment
• Experience in Linux server operation automation, configuration management
• Good knowledge in OS administration, filesystem LVM, OS patch management, networking setup, NFS, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting
• Experience in security hardening
• Disaster recovery planning and implementation
• Knowledge on storage related product and technologies (SAN, zoning, replication, flashcopy)

8)  Unix administrator

Responsibilities:

•  Assist in managing all infrastructure activities related to IT systems, focusing on all systems platform (such as Linux, AIX, Solaris), online & offline storage infrastructure
• Perform 7 x 24 installation, administration and support on IT systems of the bank according to defined policies, processes and procedures
• Perform performance & availability monitoring, capacity management, systems management & tuning, configuration & services level management, problem diagnosis & resolution, security management & patch application, change management etc.
• Develop, establish and review standards, procedures and configuration documents in the responsible areas
• Perform infrastructure products and related tools evaluation and provide recommendations to management
• Conduct regular health check and monitor of all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives and report timely on any problems and performance issues
• Perform vendor management as when necessary

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years in-depth experience in Linux / Unix server administration
• Knowledge in Linux / Unix shell scripts

 9)  Senior System Specialist (WMware/Storage)

Duty

• System installation and rollout
• Provide technical support including Server administration, network connectivity, system maintenance
• Provide IT infrastructure support such as installation, configuration, upgrade of hardware and computer applications
• Liaise with vendor/supplier to set up IT infrastructure
• Aid project manager to lead and drive projects
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including VM, OS, hardware & software
• Support focus on Windows or Linux or Virtualization and ensure System & Data Security smooth
• Provide customer service to our clients by telephone or onsite
• May need to work outside normal office hour

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database including RAC, ASM, Data Guard,RMAN.
• Perform database performance tuning, patching, change management, upgrade.
• Available to provide 24/7 support as required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant work experience in Oracle database support.
• 9+ years relevant IT experiences.
• Holder of professional certificate on database administration.
• Experience in DB2 / MS SQL is a plus.
