The incumbent will be responsible to provide daily network operations activities including network infrastructure support, hardware/software maintenance and maintain the office computer system.  He/she will also be required to provide technical support to internal user and to handle any ad hoc assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing frontline system and PC support
• Responsible for setups and upgrades of software and hardware
• Install, configure and support hardware equipment– including printers, LAN/WAN/VPN/WiFi, etc
• Liaise with vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• Experience in PC support, Windows OS, & MS Office Suite
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting of network infrastructure
• Windows AD & Exchange User Administration & Group Policy Management
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Chinese
• IBM AIX experience will be an advantage
