Job Duties :

• Provide daily system and user support in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for AD/Azure AD infrastructure migration and daily support
• Administration of email system
• Perform administration of VM infrastructure
• Basic power shell scripting
• Composing system technical documents

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in system administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including client & server side and O365 (Exchange/Teams), Active Directory and Azure AD
• Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, Group policy, File permission
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Sense of cybersecurity is an advantage
• Basic project management skill is preferred
• Strong sense of job commitment and responsibility
• Proactive, independent and proven ability to work under pressure
• Provide support in non-office hours occasionally
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese,  Mandarin is an advantage
