IT SUPPORT

Responsibilities

•              Provide assistance and training to in-house users on PC operation and hardware installation.
•              Perform onsite and remote PC / server / network support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
•              Assist in user / file server administration and maintenance.
•              Conduct PC Software evaluation as and when required.
•              Support ad hoc projects as directed.

•              Higher Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
•              Knowledge in PC Application, Windows Server & SQL Server
•              Basic understanding of network and server side infrastructure
•              Working experience in PC / server support will be an advantage
•              Good communication and presentation skills.
