Responsibilities: 

• Provide support on all IT hardware and peripherals.
• Provide support on all IT and LAN server software.
• Perform period end processing on the Application, Backup, Communication and Web servers.
• Install and relocate IT hardware and peripherals.
• Conduct or support user training on PC operation and software e.g. MS Office.
• Perform backup duties on data files, system and program libraries on Application, Backup, Communication and Web servers and PCs.
• Maintain and adhere to IT policies and standards as described on ISO27001 documentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in computer science / IT or equivalent with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
• Good experience in IT operation and management support (End-user IT support, Desktop support, IT asset inventory, Windows servers, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, backup and storage administration, network administration). Certification in MCSA / MCSE / CCNA / CCNP is an advantage.
• Experience in information security audit (ISO 27001, SOC2) is preferable
• Experienced in both on-premises and cloud environment (Amazon AWS / Aliyun / Azure) preferred.
• Independent, innovative, self-motivated and strong in problem-solving.
• Be contactable for after-office production issues support if needed.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
