Job Description
Our client is seeking an IT Customer Support Engineer to join their expanding team:
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma, IVE graduate in Electronic /Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years relevant working experience as a Customer Engineer
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good PC skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
- Self-initiative, good sense of responsibility and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Perform Installation, Startup, maintenance of PC, printers, Self-Checkout machines
- Carry out Field Service activities
- Provide service maintenance and after sales services
- Handle inquires and complaints from customers
- Provide support on new product launch, demo and product presentation
- Be responsible for service documentations (service report and spare parts transaction)
- Conduct fault analysis and formulate maintenance and improvement plan
- Prepare reports and data analysis
- Perform Ad hoc activities as required
