Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure support such as PC LAN/WAN, server and security
• Implement system upgrade and administration
• Installation and deployment of security and technical patches
• Health check and monitor servers and network performance in multiple sites
• Solve users inquiries and technical problems through help desk or onsite service
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects and perform ad-doc duties as assigned

• Diploma or higher qualification is preferable
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in hardware maintenance & installation of PC and Intel-based Servers
• Holder of MCSE/CCNA is preferred
• Good knowledge of common desktop software such as Microsoft desktop products, anti-virus software
• Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange server and helpdesk software
• Hand-on experience in LAN/WAN administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications       
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
