Responsibilities

• Implementation and support of IT Infrastructure
• Responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot systems and follow-up with resolution, including recommendations for improvements
• Provide 2nd / 3rd tier IT infrastructure support and as the backup of 1st tier support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ experience in infrastructure and technical support
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Conversational in English
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure.
