• Responsible for IT infrastructure, helpdesk, hardware and application support for offices and clinics
• Ensure high availability, security and reliability of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to resources optimization, execute backup and disaster recovery plan
• Administrate hardware and software procurement and inventory
• Monitor servers, systems health and routine system operations
• Maintain administrative records, perform analysis and troubleshooting of system servers, including review server event log for system problems, use active directory to setup / change user accounts
• Documentation for audit propose
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline;
• 5 years relevant working experience in IT support
• Hands on experience in Active Directory, O365 VMware, FortiGate administration
• Knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP, network and cyber security
• Holder of MCSE / CCNA is an advantage
• Customer focus, good problem-solving skill, self-initiative and responsible
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Technical Support
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
