Responsibilities

• Responsible for Windows Server environment and network infrastructure setup, management and monitoring, which included but not limited to Directory service, Database, Email, File server, Virtual server, Backup, etc.
• Proactively monitor I.T. systems, troubleshoot network, hardware & software issues and implement related changes
• Responsible for Firewall, Anti-virus and security software setup and maintenance
• Perform other administrative and emergency support
• Provide tier-1/tier-2 user support if necessary
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer studies/ Information technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience for provide user support and server maintenance
• Solid experience on Windows clients, Window Server, Exchange Server and Office 365, VMware ESXi and Veeam backup solution, either in implementation, setup or maintenance
• Familiar Active Directory and Group setup is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, innovative, self-motivated and strong in problem-solving
