Job Description

My client is an emerging IT training organization with both corporate and individual clients base. They are looking for 2 top talented Software developers to take on a meaningful part-time full-time work to teach their students on Software development, full stack Boot Camp course to help Hong Kong talents to transit into a Software Development teaching career.

The person as a Full Stack Software Engineering Instructor / Trainer:

• To prepare teaching materials, coding lab and provide coaching and guidance for students, who are mainly fresh graduates or on the job workers.
• To teach theoretical knowledge as well as sharing practical working knowledge on market development to students.
• To prepare teaching materials, testing environment or handouts to students to allow them to make the most out of the training.
• To prepare test, or quiz to ensure students graduated from the program is able to pass a certain standard.

Requirements as a Full Stack Software Engineering Instructor / Trainer:

• Degree holder in computer science or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of direct experiences working on Java / Javascript (React.js), Cloud, development environment as lead developer or system analyst.
• Previous experiences as a trainer would be ideal, previous on the job experiences in coaching junior staffs, serving as a programming instructor, software engineer instructor or trainer, or instructor assistant would be preferred.
