RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Responsible for implementation and monitoring of the company's trading, financial and administrative systems, included technical support, equipment maintenance, file backup and recovery, etc;

-          Responsible for configuration, backup and maintenance of equipment and software such as switches, servers, and firewalls;

-          Responsible to ensure the company’s IT system fulfill related rules and regulations issued by governed bodies;

-          Responsible for the company's IT system security, efficiency and stability and network security management, and the development of the company's internal network, computer software and hardware standardization program;

-          Execute and work with related departments on new project development tasks, demand analysis, UAT test, test of HKEX, etc;

-          Liaise with external vendors, agencies, HKEX, etc;

-          Participate in the implementation and monitoring of IT related rules and regulations; and

-          Take up ad hoc assignments assigned by management.

 REQUIREMENTS

-         

-          Minimum 2 years' experience on system administration and maintenance;

-          With experience in network administration with Strong Knowledge in LAN/WAN/Router/Switch, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, Network Management, Performance Monitoring and Automation Tools;

-          Experience in futures trading system and familiar with IT-related policies and regulations of the HKEX will be an advantage;

-          Good organization and coordination ability, good service awareness and execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;

-          Energetic, self-motivated, think critically and strive for continuous improvement;

-          Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill; and

-          Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
