Requirements

• Provide comprehensive business analysis to manager
• Participate on new IT project implementation and complete project tasks according to agreed timeline
• Performing requirement analysis, feasibility study and producing requirement and functional specification
• Assist manager in retrieving system data for better user experience
• Collect feedback and manage change requests to ensure the interests of different stakeholders are addressed

 The ideal candidate should be :

• Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in user and application support
• Experience in web applications, CRM and office automation system, etc
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills with end users
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
