Job Description:                                                                                              

• Resolve business technical issues for clients and deliver technical supports
• Perform diagnostic and root-cause analyses, and solve Linux-based problems
• Prepare technical documentations such as technical procedure

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Interest in and willing to learn the latest technologies
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Good knowledge of Linux or solid IT experience is a strong advantage
