Job Duties
- Staff Recruitment, EC Case Handling, Insurance Claims
- Preparation of HR Reports, circulars and minutes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, EC Compensation and other related legislation
- Minimum 5 years experience in human resources related job;
- Detail-minded, Initiative, Positive Attitude & able to work independently
- Good communication skills, ability to identify character of staff
- Preferred hands on experience in recruitment, work injury and employee compensation with labour department
- Work experience in retail chains, logistics, property/security management, cleaning services or contstruction are advantages.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
