Job Description

• Support daily operation tasks including but not limited to email screening and distribution;
• Prepare renewal invitation for SME business;
• Provide support in policy issuance/ premium booking for SME business;
• Handle internal enquiry;
• Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team manager

Job Requirement

• Higher diploma or above with 1 year working experience; experience in insurance industry will be an added advantage
• Attentive to details, self-motivated with positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently, as well as be a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and oral English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills in MS Word, Excel
• Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 2 would be an advantage
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediately available is highly preferable
