Job Description

Job Scope
Supporting the Life Brokerage and IFA Sales Team in clearing new business pipeline, particularly on high Day 1 policy with premium financing business. You need to assist the Senior Manager of Distribution Strategy Management in developing communication material, sales tools, or sales presentation to streamline the sales processes / boost sales.

Responsibilities
  • Support deployment and development of communication materials, sales tools, and presentation (including sales training ppt, product selling Ideas etc.) for Life brokers/IFA's team and brokers.
  • Assist Brokerage/IFA Sales Team to follow-up and clear new business pipeline.
  • Support Brokerage/IFA team from development to implementation of the sales incentive / promotions that boost sales performance.
  • Provide support, assistant, or feedbacks to sales operation projects/task on behalf of sales teams. (e.g., Development sample forms, revise or update sales workflow)
  • Keeps abreast of market statistic and assist manager in preparing product compassion, quarterly customer promotions and broker campaigns.

Requirements
  • Insurance Sales Support/ New business underwriting/Insurance Specialist/ Account Manager for Broker/IFA's
  • HNW client service experience is an advantage
  • Can master Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation
  • Attention to details
  • Good observers
  • Responsive and Self-motivated
  • Tertiary education/ University/College student in Marketing/ /Communications/Business/English
  • Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
