Key Job Responsibilities: 

1. Support Manager in day-to-day client servicing/developments, preparing claim reports and other documents
2. Handle and resolve claims inquiries from clients and insurers
3. Handle new and renewal policy administration
4. Provides day-to-day risk consulting and broking services;
5. Support marketing and business development activities;
6. Handle insurance policy administration task, prepare invoice and booking etc.

Education:
University Graduate or Matriculation

Professional Qualification:

IIQE Paper 1 & 2 are required or Senior Associate ANZII examination

Working Experience: Minimum 1 year past working experience in handling general insurance claim and general client servicing. 

Languages:
Proficient in both written and spoken English.  Ability in Putonghua communication is an advantage.

Computer Skills:  MS Words, Excel and Power Point including Chinese data input or equivalents
