The primary purpose of this role is to support continuous business growth by providing quality assurance, control and business supporting services to business units and operations and meet all designated KPIs and project timelines on all operational related areas are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate and feedback the issues to telemarketing & customer service based on call monitoring exercise with strong general insurance knowledge
• Provide product training &/ or quality assurance orientation training to both internal partners and external stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate customer services and telemarketing call activities are compliance to pre-defined quality
• Compile statistical reports and highlight areas for improvement
• Manage day-to-day customer’s email and correspondence activities
• Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s)

 Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 2 years’ of experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing in general insurance industry, experience in Quality Assurance practice is an advantage
• IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are preferred
• Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skill
• Proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Service Executive
