Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Compile management reports and consultancy team analysis reports
  • Communicate with all levels on data gathering, analysis and documentation
  • Produce detailed requirement documents and requirement traceability matrices

  • Understand business needs, objectives, processes and requirements of Consultancy projects

  • Coordinate with in-house technology teams or external service providers to ensure that requirements are met

  • Represent the department to liaise with relevant parties to provide updates on the status of projects in progress, and ensure project deliverables related to Consultancy Development Department are accomplished within the required time frames and budget

  • Coordinate projects progress, requirements, support in UAT

  • Review and analyse existing application effectiveness and efficiency

Requirement:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis/management, preferably with experiences in insurance and financial industry with sales channel administration and support functions
  • Initiative, mature, with effective interpersonal and influencing capabilities
  • Strong experience with data visualization in excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-minded with good problem-solving skills and business sense
  • Conversant in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
