Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage Financial Lines claims operation and develop claims technical and servicing strategies.
• Supervise performance to ensure collaboration between teams, full compliance with any corporate and statutory requirements, and claims policies.
• Establish service standards and implement measurement systems to monitor performance against such standards.
• Build service competence in the team by providing suitable coaching, training and development to claims staff.
• Collaborate with external service providers to achieve the target results and to provide a high quality service to all internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and clients.
• Report on Financial Lines claims trend affecting the business result, which may be related to change in market environment and customer dynamics, product coverage or clients with adverse claim experience.

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Insurance/Business Administration/Law or related discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience in General Insurance with hands-on experience on supervision and management in Financial Lines claims
• Possessing or in progress of professional insurance/law qualification such as ACII , ANZIIF or LLB is preferred
• Mature, independent, customer-centric, self-motivated, willing to take up new challenges with strong problem-solving skills and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
