Job Description

Our client, a leading insurance firm (MNC) is looking for a HR Senior Manager, focusing on the are of performance & reward. Apply now for a confidential chat about the details.

Role:
  • In charge of the full cycle of compensation review processes for regional office, affiliated companies based in HK; Support data validation and consolidation for salary and bonus proposal in Asia’s countries for Asia management and International Central Team approval
  • Prepare compensation proposal of employment and international mobility offers according to the compensation philosophy and policies of the company; Provide HR counterparts with guidance on package offer
  • Conduct compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching and related analysis to support market pricing and market benchmarking exercise
  • Give analysis on market pay trends, compensation and benefit structure
  • Review and design of reward policies and programs
  • Manage annual STI/LTI process and other incentive programs within Asia office
  • Support job grading process and define job levels by using Willis Tower Watson’s job grading tool
  • Contribute in compensation & benefit projects within the region if necessary including integration of recently acquired countries
  • Manage staff cost and HR department budget in regional office
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance and reward with solid knowledge of compensation & benefits practice in regional office
  • C&B experience in insurance industry is a must
  • Solid knowledge of Willis Tower Watson (WTW) Job Grading and market benchmark methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of STI/LTI/international mobility & tax and legal documentation in Asia
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical sense
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
