Responsibilities

• Responsible for senior key stakeholders’ management and initiative prioritization
• Responsible for projects from initiation, business case creation, approval, execution, till closure
• Develop and manage business case, project plans, conduct baseline reviews, and monitor projects activities and contracts
• Accountable for the management and delivery of the programme/portfolio to time, quality and within approved budget
• Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of on-going relationships with project stakeholders and internal users
• Recognising and mitigating Risks, resolving Issues and pro-actively managing any corrective actions or Change Requests throughout the lifetime of the programme   
• Accountable for successful execution of all aspects of business change delivery, including Target Operating Model implementation, BAU process changes, training and communications defining and managing business readiness prior to Go Live including Go/No go checkpoints
• Liaise with control functions such as Risk, Compliance and Audit to ensure that solutions meet the company’s regulatory and control requirements
• Accountable for providing regular, accurate and appropriate Change Reporting and communication to Sponsor and Executive groups to ensure the status of progress and that any associated Risks, Issues or Changes are recognised, understood, and managed, with the appropriate escalation when necessary
• To provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, guidance, and support to Business Analyst, Project Managers, and members of the programme team to enhance delivery, provide the necessary conditions for success and drive for improved levels of change delivery performance across Bupa HK
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Industry certifications such as PMP and Prince 2 will be prioritized.
• Agile Certified/Scrum Master is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in managing digital project, application revamp, and technology upgrade projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of project management lifecycle & methodologies (e.g. PMP, SDLC, Agile, etc.) and typical problems associated with the implementation of projects
• Ability to analyze, communicate, articulate governance and compliance trends and program requirements
• Experience in vendor management for project delivery
• Experience in finance, insurance or healthcare based business sectors
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel across the organization
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and appropriately based on audience with excellent facilitation and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications, critical thinking skills, effective interpersonal skills, strong formal presentation abilities
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively with ambiguity and change
• Understanding of IT architecture, integration, and design
• Excellent team player
• Effective interpersonal skills with a clear, concise, and relevant communication style, including excellent presentation skills
• Fluent English and excellent report writing skills
