Responsibilities: 

• Handle enquiries from intermediary producers and make necessary replies on timely manner.
• Negotiate with intermediary channels to solicit business and provide all necessary pre and pro-sale services.
• Manage premiums against budget to ensure adherence with business plan, and review exception reports to ensure compliance.
• Implement credit control and collect outstanding premium.
• Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by Department Head.

Requirements: 

• Diploma, Degree holder in marketing or business related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ underwriting and marketing experience in general insurance.
• Passed IIQE and qualify to practice according to regulatory requirements.
• Possess professional qualification in general insurance such as ACII or ANZIIF.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese.
• Good command of computer knowledge and word processing skills.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, organizing and analytical skills.
