Our client is a reputable life insurer in Hong Kong and they are now looking for a BDM in their brokerage channel. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of MCV brokers and develop new brokers
• Achieve assigned broker sales & overall channel sales 
• Analyze and implement tailor-made product, marketing and sales strategies & campaign for individual broker
• Pay regular visits to brokers and conduct product and sales skill training
• Formulate and execute promotion activities & incentive programs

Requirements:

• 3 years of working experience in life insurance, preferably in life insurer brokerage channel 
• Good product knowledge 
• Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• With track record hitting sales targets
