Responsibilities: 

• Support the day-to-day CRM operational delivery to ensure campaign and creative/content are deployed in line with business strategy
• Execute customer lifecycle communications across multiple channels and customer touchpoints e.g eDM, SMS, social media, Web, App etc.
• Setup of campaigns by utilizing Salesforce marketing automation tools including customer communication templates, campaign rules, promotion journeys, audience setting, and offer performance tracking
• Assist in CRM tools development and enhancement projects for continuous improvement of customer experience, segmentation and automation setting to drive lead generation, upselling, and cross selling
• Coordinate with internal departments, cross BU department and CRM vendors on campaign executions

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology, or related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation (banking or insurance industry experience is highly preferable)
• Knowledge of campaign management toolsets–experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an advantage
• Solid experience in customer journey, content development and digital usability 
• Proactive, creative, hands-on execution with ability to work cross depts
• Great attention to detail, ensuring that deliverables meet requirements
• Good oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
