- Develop and maintain the architecture principles, standards, target operating model, practices and guidelines.
- Define and develop the application architecture and roadmap includes and not limited to customer technologies, agent technologies, broker technologies, bancassurance technologies, channel management technologies, policy processing technologies, corporate technologies, automation and data & integration technologies.
- Evaluate technology trends and solutions to assess potential impacts on the current application architecture and evolve the architecture for business leaders looking to invest in new technologies
- Maintain and communicate an enterprise capability strategy and the aligned technology roadmap through consultation and agreement with senior executives, key stakeholders, develop
- Initiate and responsible for enterprise wide IT architecture transformation programs if necessary, by delivering high level architecture and developing the business case
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) to govern and ensure IT changes are delivered as per the target architecture and standards.
- Facilitate effective enterprise architecture development including business architecture, information architecture, application architecture and solution architecture.
- Proactively participant in the reviews on business initiatives. Collaborate and contribute to technical discussions and enhance initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability and latest web technologies
- Responsible for evaluating vendors and solution and guide the development of the solution to ensure local business unit teams/vendors to create the architecture that are aligned with the target architecture and standard
Requirements
- Higher diploma holder or above in an IT related discipline
- Around 10 years of relevant working experience
- IFRS or Data Science experiences is a plus
- Focus on technical outcomes
- Technical Competent including BUILD, CODE, TEST, DEPLOYMENT
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source and cloud technologies and tools -Experience of working in an Agile or DevSecOps team
- Being comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
- Understanding and efficiency in collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, possess the Chinese language skill and the proactive attitude to support Senior Executive levels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
